I am not book trained, like 90% of the inspectors out there! I am an experienced builder and re-modeler. I represent your best interest when conducting my inspections. I don't work for the Realtors, if they loose the sale, so be it! I work for you! I don't care if the realtor doesn't make the sale, I only care that you buy a home that you know all the issues up front. I will give you the information you need to make your own decision on making the smart purchase choice. Every home has defects and maintenance issues. But some homes are money pits and or lemons. Don't get stuck with either! I perform inspections as if I was buying the house. If you find, a more qualified, experienced inspector, i will perform your inspection for free!

I'm am a New York State Licensed Mold Assessor. I offer Mold testing and Lab Analysis. I also write the protocol for Mold Removal-Mold is a serious issue and must be removed correctly and professorially!
Otherwise your home may become a liability to your health and to the health of others. Most buyers will not purchase a home if Mold is present, have it tested and removed!
Termite Inspections
I am a New York State Licensed Termite inspector, We provide termite inspections. Most banks today will not issues you a mortgage, if the house does not have a certificate of termite inspection. I provide that service for you.
